Operations Buyer (m/f/d)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in operational procurement, preferably at a technical or manufacturing company
• Strong skills in dealing with suppliers and purchasing terms
• Technical understanding and an interest in mechanical engineering and technical products
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (ProAlpha preferred)
• Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a structured approach to work
• An independent, reliable, and team-oriented work style

YOUR TASKS

• Operational Procurement of Materials, Components, and Services
• Requesting and Comparing Quotes
• Creating and Editing Purchase Orders
• Support and Communication with Our Suppliers
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring a timely supply of materials
• Maintenance of supplier, item, and order data in the ERP system
• Processing Order Confirmations and Invoices
• Participation in price negotiations and optimization of purchasing terms
• Close collaboration with Design, Production, Project Management, and other internal departments
