No statutory right of withdrawal

Our online store is intended exclusively for business owners as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as well as for legal entities under public law and special funds under public law.

Contracts through our online store are concluded exclusively with these customers. We do not enter into contracts with consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

For contracts with businesses, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Sections 312g and 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

We do not accept orders from consumers through our online store.
